Reality Bites

Well the truth of the matter is im a new mom who has just returned to work and am bored stiff in the office thinking and fantasizing of ways and means to spend more time with my son who is now a week shy of being a dashing 3 month old tyke!

So i thought i should start a blog that i remember these precious days when i do miss him, and i want so much to be a mom before i get stuck in the rat race again. I know most women with & without children will think me medievil but i dream of being a stay at home mom. Its gotten so bad society that im actually embarrased to tell people that...all they would say is jeez u have a fantastic job and u want to give all that up to change diapers and clean poop all day long!!!! HOW WRONG THEY ARE....

Women are irrational, emotional creatures, and the biggest mistake in my mind is our so called battle for equality by trying to be as awful as men are...thats illogical and plain stupid. If all the women in the world were to stop working our husbands would all get promotions and would be able to quadruple their salaries based on the ratio of women to men (4:1) in cities in this day and age. Wouldnt that be great....we get to do all that we want with our babies, our relationships with our husband wont suffer cuz by the time they get home, we would have had it up to here with our lil monsters that they wil get all the attention they need and we could all live comfortably.

Today my son and i babbled with each other for almost two hours...indecipherable yet absolutely wonderful gurgles & coos! The day before yesterday his belly button finally inverted and today he was in an excellant mood. Playing with all his purple toys....

Thats another story...the reason barney is the favorite toy and he is PURPLE....KIDS LOVE PURPLE!
